Unless otherwise noted on the listing, your order will be shipped within 7-14 business days after payment is received. (Large quantity & custom orders may take longer.) All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Upgraded shipping is available on most items.
By upgrading to Priority or Express, this does not shorten the production time, ONLY shipping times.
Once USPS picks up the package, I cannot be responsible for loss or damage. If you decline insurance, please understand I cannot re-ship lost or damaged orders.
OUTSIDE OF US: Please be aware that your country may charge additional customs fees and/or import taxes. You are responsible for paying these charges.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Refunds are accepted on NON personalized items as long as it is returned in it's original state. Custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged 24hrs after the order has been placed.
If you receive an item that is different from what is described in the listing and/or there is a mistake in the personalized info, I will remake the piece and send it out right away or refund the price.
Every part of your item is collected from around the USA. All pieces are hand stamped and designed by me.
I use a mix of high quality metals. I will NEVER use pieces that contain lead or nickel.
The current production time is listed on each listing. This does not include weekends or shipping times. By upgrading your shipping, this does not rush your order and will still be shipped out within this time frame.
Any piece that is personalized or custom CANNOT be returned. If there is a mistake that was made by me and is different from what you ordered, I will replace the piece immediately with the correct one.
Each order will come in a gift box and packaged without the receipt.
Some small items and add-ons will come in a poly bag inside a padded envelope.
If you need your item ASAP, please send me a message BEFORE ever ordering. I only offer rush orders during curtain times of the year and only on certain styles.
There will be an additional fee for this service and will be determined before you place your order.
