PRODUCTION TIME AND SHIPPING
The time it takes to create your item from start to finish will depend on my current workload. My average turnaround time frame is just a few days; however, during busier times in the year, it can take me a couple of weeks to complete and ship orders, depending on the time of year and how many orders I have in my queue at one time.

• Express and Priority Mail options may be available if you need your item a little sooner; however, priority mail is not guaranteed by USPS. Therefore, I cannot guarantee the exact day your package will arrive. As with all shipping companies, delays happen due to weather or low-staff-related occasions. If this happens to your item, please let me know. I cannot control transit times once the package leaves my hands, but I am happy to help track your item further if needed.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

PRODUCTION TIME
The current production time is listed on each listing. This does not include weekends or shipping times. By upgrading your shipping, this does not rush your order and will still be shipped out within this time frame.
Returns
Any piece that is personalized or custom CANNOT be returned. If there is a mistake that was made by me and is different from what you ordered, I will replace the piece immediately with the correct one.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each order will come in a gift box and packaged without the receipt.
Some small items and add-ons will come in a poly bag inside a padded envelope.
Can I request a RUSH on my order?
If you need your item ASAP, please send me a message BEFORE ever ordering. I only offer rush orders during curtain times of the year and only on certain styles.
There will be an additional fee for this service and will be determined before you place your order.
